Subject to shareholder approval, the Olstein Strategic Opportunities Fund
and Olstein All Cap Value Fund will reorganize into the Easterly Snow Small Cap Value Fund and Easterly Snow All Cap Value Fund, respectively.
Along with these reorganizations, Olstein will convert transfer agency services from U.S. Bank Fund Services (USB) to Ultimus Fund Solutions,
