The registrant expects that its net income will be approximately SGD3.9 million for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, as compared to net income of approximately SGD32 thousand for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024, an increase of more than SGD3.8 million. The registrant expects comprehensive income of approximately SGD3.9 million for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, as compared to comprehensive income of approximately SGD5.0 thousand for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024, an increase in comprehensive income of more than SGD3.8 million.
